My goal is quality not quantity, so clients receive personal attention as their fitness goals are reached. Clients often prefer the comfortable, private atmosphere and intimate setting of their own home or office as opposed to the typical gym or studio.
I specialize in body imbalances due to injury (pre and post surgery), post rehab, disc issues, skeletal curvature (scoliosis), neck, shoulder, hip or knee issues and osteoporosis. Prenatal training is also available.
All levels welcome!
